Established in 2018, our company develops software for a range of organisations while expanding its own product portfolio. These two activities inform one another: operational needs encountered in projects deepen our product thinking, while developing our own products shapes our long-term technical decisions.
We look beyond process diagrams to understand how a company operates. We consider who does the work, the conditions they work in, and the relationships between teams, systems and decisions. This helps technology become a practical part of everyday operations.
